• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the delivery distance.
• Pickup Option: We offer free local pickup at our showroom located at 660 Arsenal St, Watertown, MA 02472. Please wait for an email confirmation before arriving for pickup.
• Damages: Tiles are fragile. Please inspect your delivery immediately. If any items are damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
