We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

• Return Window: You may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
• Restocking Fee: Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned tile and stone products.
• Exclusions: Custom orders, final sale items (from the /sale/ section), and installed tiles cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or visit our showroom with your original receipt.
• Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
